Rare Lionel #2373 Canadian Pacific F-3 Diesel 1958 Replacement Cab

This is a Rare #2373 Canadian Pacific replacement cab that Lionel made circa 1958. Prior to 1958, the F-3 tooling included a door with handle on the center nose area. The tooling was modified after the original 1957 production run to accept the 1958 heat-stamped nose decoration for the #2242 New Haven. This replacement cab was made AFTER the tooling was modified and is incredibly rare; most knowledgeable and advance collectors are unaware of this variation. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Like New Minus Condition, minor signs of age and handling with a nice nose Decal. No Box. All Original in our Opinion.
