Outstanding Lionel #2358 Great Northern EP-5 Electric/Brick OB

This Item has been sold. This sale has been certified as Final by the Attorney.

This is the #2358 Great Northern EP-5 Electric with Headlights, Horn and Magnetraction that Lionel made circa 1959/60. This piece has been on the shelf in a private collection for more than twenty years. The Original Purchaser asked Paul for his advise at the time that he purchased it at York circa 1985. This piece has the best Original decals that we have ever seen. It is possible that one of the decals may have been replaced eons ago with an original set; if so, it was done perfectly. The item is a little dusty from shelf-display. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Like New Condition, very minor signs of use. The Original Box is in (9) Condition, sealed on one-end with a completely intact perforation, and includes crisp original Lionel Wrapping Paper as well as the correct 1959 dated Instruction Sheet. We do not believe they come better than this. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $40.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
