Very Scarce Lionel #588 Uncatalogued Freight Set w/Log Loader/Linen Set Box/Obs

This is the #588 Uncatalogued 027 Gauge Freight Set that Lionel made circa 1957. This Set includes the #2018 Diecast Steam Engine, the #1130T Streamline Tender, the #3361X Operating Log Dump Car, the #6014 Red Frisco Box Car, the #6121-85 Red Flat Car with Pipes, the #6112 Blue Lionel Gondola with Red Canisters, the #6017 Caboose, the #364 Operating Log Loader, the #1043 Transformer and some paperwork. One of the scarcest Uncatalogued Sets, rarely seen, fairly identical to one in our Collections. Note the very unusual #6112 Overstamped Gondola Box, which is also in our Set. Our Opinion is that the Set is generally in Like New Minus Condition, minor signs of use and age. The Original Linen Set Box is in (8) Condition, some wear and some interior repairs. Presentable. The Original Interior Boxes range from (8) to (9) Condition. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $30.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
